Treatment Services
Alcoholism has become a generational health risk among Native American communities. Recovery requires meaningful life change. Through individualized treatment and a holistic approach that supports the mind, body, and spirit, our clients are given the tools needed to achieve long-term sobriety.

Three Rivers Indian Lodge provides a 90-day residential alcohol and drug treatment program in Manteca, California. Services are designed specifically for American Indian individuals and incorporate culturally grounded healing, group support, and evidence-based recovery practices.
Admission Requirements
✔ Must be a Native American male, 18 years or older
✔ Willingness to live in and maintain a sober environment
✔ Attendance at required groups, seminars, and AA/NA meetings
✔ Participation in individual and group counseling, traditional and cultural healing, physical wellness, and recreational activities
✔ Commitment to personal growth and group development

Who can apply for treatment?
Native American men, age 18+, who are willing to live in a sober environment and participate in counseling and cultural healing.​
Is the program only for Native men?
Yes. In some cases, non-Native applicants may be considered depending on referral or funding eligibility. Call intake to discuss.
How long is the program?
The treatment program is 90 days, with potential 90 days aftercare known as Phase 2. And a final Phase 3 for those who qualify and finish program successfully, and who wish to transition into Sober Living (SLE).
Do you offer detox?
Clients must be medically stable before arrival. If detox is needed, we can assist with referrals.

Upon completing the aftercare phase, individuals may apply for admission into our Sober Living House, created to support extended recovery and life transition.
This phase provides:

A structured action plan focused on building balanced life skills

The sober living program is culturally relevant, grounded in the belief that walking the Red Road leads to empowerment and balance. Traditional practices and teachings are incorporated as part of the path toward lifelong sobriety.
