Established in 1972, Native Directions, Inc. – Three Rivers Indian Lodge provides culturally grounded chemical dependency treatment services for individuals seeking a new beginning. Our program integrates spiritual and traditional education within a social model framework to support lasting, positive life changes.

Native Directions, Inc. – Three Rivers Indian Lodge envisions a path to wellness through culturally relevant, client-centered treatment services for Native Americans and others experiencing substance use disorders. We promote sobriety by helping individuals connect—or reconnect—with history, culture, tradition, and spirituality. Our programs foster communication, trust, self-awareness, and empowerment. Through this holistic approach, we strive to nurture self-worth, balance, independence, and spiritual healing within Native American communities.
